Job estimates are at no charge. We do small jobs with a 4 hour minimum rate. We cater primarily to residential and small commercial clients.
A one time mobilization fee of $45.00 - $75.00 is charged to the job for local work. Mobilization cost for non-local work calculated at job estimate time.
Standard hourly rate is $117.50 with a 4 hour minimum locally with standard buckets and/or grapple attachment (one operator and one machine).
Hourly rate for Brush & Tree Cutter/Bush-Hog service is $124.50 per hour with 4 hour minimum. Large jobs (Multi-day) priced at reduced rates for volume of work with Brush & Tree Cutter/Bush-Hog. Out of area work varies to cover cost for accommodations and travel.
Some projects where materials must be brought in (Sod, Landscape boulders, trash/brush bins, dirt, gravel) add the cost of the materials/service if we schedule/provide them.
Some basic projects can be lump summed.
Moving your materials/equipment is $125.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum with our truck and trailer.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is expected upon project completion.
Some large material purchases are to be paid when delivered (Sod, dirt, etc.)
We will generally get to your job quickly (within a day or couple of days). Sometimes high demand pushes this out for longer periods. If we are digging we must perform a utility locate (Call Before You Dig Program) on your property. That takes minimum 3 days for the utility companies to respond. We will handle the utility locate which is at no charge to you. Most small projects, (building demo, yard leveling, routine driveway can be done in less than a day or a day with timely material delivery). Other projects may take longer, but weather permitting we are there each day until completion.

We work in the Metro Atlanta area with emphasis in the eastern and northern counties of the region where we are based. We are happy to price larger projects (full day or multi-day) projects anywhere region wide. We will also perform work out of state for larger projects or disaster relief. We are registered for Federal disaster relief projects (hurricane/tornado/flood cleanup, etc.). We have recently added equipment for clearing and brush cutting with particular emphasis on Hunt Clubs needing to clear Shooting Lanes, ATV Trails and Walking Trails, HOA's with retention ponds which need clearing, and land owners with acreage property too rough for a bush hog to get at or too thick to cut.
